Greenough Appoints Nikki Festa O’Brien as President
Agency Veteran Adds Industry, Creative and Management Experience to Leading Brand Marketing and PR Firm
BOSTON– November 3, 2022 – Greenough, a brand marketing and PR agency, today announced that Nikki Festa O’Brien joined the company as President. She brings 20 years of agency management experience to support Greenough’s growing portfolio of global clients in life sciences, healthcare, technology, and business services. In this new role, she will focus on driving creativity, deepening innovative offerings and expanding the agency’s digital marketing and strategic communications teams to support clients’ integrated campaigns.

Festa O’Brien was previously executive vice president at PAN Communications, where for 11 years she held senior positions, driving award-winning outcomes for leading brands in healthcare, life sciences and technology. She was a leader in developing the agency’s integrated marketing, content, and creative offerings, as well as its global expansion.
Recognized as one of the “Top Women in PR” by PR News and Bulldog Reporter’s “PR Stars Under 40” in 2019, Festa O’Brien is a frequent guest lecturer on integrated marketing and PR at Boston University, Syracuse University and Elon University.
